For a classic cocktail finally getting some recognition
Marian Beke, better know for being the head bartender at Nightjar (which happens to be the world’s 3rd best bar) and Rusty Červen, formerly senior mixologist at The Connaught Bar, have recently opened an eponymous bar focusing on The Gibson cocktail – we’re talking gin, vermouth and the finest pickled onions for those who don’t know. If you feel like ordering a classic with a twist, we highly recommend the Pickled Banana Daiquiri with banana chutney and Adzuki bean liqueur.
